Ritus Sulphurium: The Darkest Mass - Part III

So who made up this revolutionary coalition? They were a small segment of dissidents from all of the victimized groups, including: Templars, Freemasons, Rosicrucians, Luciferians, Hermeticists, and Alchemists who were driven underground…. persecuted Jews, Catholics who were thrown under the carriage due to politics or some other alternate reason, and even a few forcefully converted crypto-Muslims…. Protestants in hiding, such as Cathars, Waldensians, Spiritual Franciscans, Hussites, and Beguines…. Druids, Odinists, Witches, and many other pagan polytheists living in the shadows…. overthrown Monarchs, Gnostic heretics, and miscellaneous others who were destroyed by the ruling order for reasons that were political and economic, or those who ended up on the wrong side of personal vendettas from the ruling class…. or simply the kith and kin of innocent people who were tortured and murdered!

All of these dissidents made up a relatively small number of people who began to network together. They wouldn’t represent the typical person from their own communities, but as individuals they were traumatized, angry, and damaged. Everything above is based on fact, and now for the speculation. Knowing now the clear pattern of their behavior over time, I believe there must have been one night that the general leadership of this revolutionary coalition were all in one place at one time to be counted, to lay out their goals, and to permanently cement their new accord. The one conclave where they could commence their movement; where they swore revenge, and vowed to someday destroy the Church forever.

Over the coming centuries, this hidden hand would operate via proxy under the guise of many revolutionary movements where only they would be the victors. Each step seemingly unconnected to the next, and the next, and the next. History has known them as Jacobins, Illuminati, British-Israel World Federation, Hellfire Club, League of the Just, Royal Institute of International Affairs, Council on Foreign Relations, Communism, Monopoly Capitalism, war profiteers, frackers, Big Pharma, Secret Intelligence Service (compartmentalized black operations cells), Black Rock, Zionism, Globalism, Process Church, Bohemian Club, Skull and Bones, Société Générale de Belgique, Fabian Socialism, Business Roundtable, Carlyle Group, Project for the New American Century, International Bank of Settlements, Frankfurt School, Hand of Death, Hollywood, Lucis Trust, Rockefeller Foundation, Neo-Conservatives, Neo-Liberals, Silicon Valley, Bohemian Club, Wall Street, Central Intelligence Agency (compartmentalized black operations cells), Club of Rome, World Economic Forum, United Nations, and more than could ever be listed here.

They can destroy any opposing movement through infiltration and slander, they can create artificial revolutions through controlled opposition, create wars and arm both sides, make the innocent guilty and the guilty innocent, conduct weather wars, and a hundred other vicious tactics to permanently run roughshod over society. They’ve either taken over from the inside or created alliances with their former enemies. They’re white leather loafers on a marble floor in an ivory tower on Wall Street manipulating a few blips on a computer screen to steal the wealth from a Midwest farmer, while at the same time they’re black boots on a concrete street a few miles away setting a hard working immigrant's business on fire. They’re more than evil; there may not be an appropriate word for them in the English language.

So lets just speculate that at midnight, on Saturday, May 1, 1509, this revolutionary coalition secretly met in a remote wooded location in the Sonian Forrest south of Brussels, then the capitol of a small regional state within the Holy Roman Empire, to finally set their plans in stone. The abused will become the abuser, and much worse than that abuser. Saturday literally means “Saturn’s Day.” “May 1” is their admitted date for “Revolution.” I’m aware that May 1st had a different pagan spiritual meaning, but they've co-opted it like so many other things. May 1, 1509 = 5-1-1509 = 5+1. 1+5, and 9 = 669 = 666, the numerical dimensions of Saturn’s north pole. Of course, this is probably not the date or the place, but I’m sure that there is some deep occult tie-in to whatever name, date, place, and time that it actually was. Perhaps July 15, 1506, Midsummer, such as with the ‘Cremation of Care” ritual at Bohemian Grove. I’m 99% certain that there was a DATE involved. Even if somehow there wasn't a definitive date, then they must have later installed one! It's probably some date that they've symbolically foisted upon us as part of their incessant fetish ever since. The founding of the Illuminati was in 1776 (I guess putting the exact date on the back of the dollar bill would have been too overt even for them), and that date is the exoteric, while this unknown earlier starting date is the esoteric.

All of this secret history is recorded and is a major fetish for them, that I suppose they will come out in the open with at some future point. For example, when they created the Project for the New American Century. They absolutely did not need to create that group, and with a website, with plans no less! They love to fetishize their actions. They could have created a secret temporary group with all of the same individuals to meet their goal, and it would have been much more practical; but the fetish, always the fetish! They just love to create yet another secret group! The Trilateral Commission was created by longtime Democrat hander Zbigniew Brzezinski, and has NO practical function! They merely did it for the fetish of it! So for whatever it’s worth, I’m sure they had a specific date and time for their first ritual. I’ll just speculate that it may have been called ‘Ritus Sulphurium’ (The Rite of Sulphur), as they've been such a corrosive force in the world.

Ritus Sulphurium: The Darkest Mass - Part II

To jump ahead to clarify one point, there are different types of Satanists today; from a simple harmless theology, to something somewhat like benevolent Paganism, to ritual mass murderers. One size doesn’t fit all. Anton Levey was either a legitimate philosopher so to speak, and simply tried to make money to fund his organization, or he was a fraud who was in it for the money, or he was an agent of the higher ups who were trying to create like a "minor league Satanism" for maybe recruitment or some other purpose. I would guess the latter. I don't know, but Leveyan Satanism is not big league Satanism. It’s like grammar school Satanism. Maybe they thought they need that. Real Satanism is the “Cult of Saturn,” which is massive. If a person just doesn’t care about anything, has no principles, is of average intelligence, and wants to be successful… just seek them out and join! I don’t suggest it, if for no other reason than they’re dishonest!

How can you follow their motto, “Do what thou wilt,” when you’re completely controlled by highly advanced mechanisms that plug you into a technocratic system? It’s impossible, so "do what thou wilt" isn't worth a damn. I’ve looked closely at their plans, and it’s nothing short of suffocating. According to the Bible, Satan is a liar, and they’ve adopted that personality! It doesn’t matter what you believe; that’s their system! Personally, I like the old Saturnian tradition, as long as it doesn't have anything to do with men in high places or the projected “bad guy from the Bible.” One size doesn't fit all. The more malevolent type, as stated previously, got started in the Middle Ages; likely initially when Christian heretics were caught numerous times in various places, having orgies with animals, and conducting rituals involving numerous bodily fluids that I won’t name. The Church felt that it had to respond to this, and perhaps also used it as a pretext to establish a stronger socio-religious-political bond, so they created the "boogey man" from the Bible... Satan! It was all blamed on "Satanism," and that was a legitimately false "Satanic panic."

The genuine ancient Saturnian traditions had long disappeared by that time, only surviving in co-opted symbolism within Catholicism, Islam, and Judaism. Saturn was once a light-purple shining northern star in what was once our binary solar system, during what the ancients referred to as “The Golden Age.” In this age, thousands of years ago, there existed a rivalry between the solar cults and the Saturn cults. As Saturn slowly fizzled out and became a dwarf star, apparently a different process than a supernova which would have killed us all, the Saturn cults faded away. The solar cults took over in a succession of traditions, leading to the Egyptian Sun cult, which became Christianity. There were other Indo-European planetary cults as well; Lunar, Martian, Venusian, and others. Later it became so convoluted that some later religions have symbolism from more than one. For example, Islam has both Saturnian and Venusian symbolism. The lower crescent symbol is actually a Venusian symbol, as it was much more prominent in the sky in past centuries.

As has occurred throughout human history, the new revolutionary coalition adapted the ancient Saturnian tradition as their organizing principle for waging war. However, they predominantly adopted the Biblical version; not the genuine Saturnian tradition! In their self-serving manner, returning to “The Golden Age” simply meant that they would begin their quest to bend the entire world to their will. Now it is true that the ancient Saturnian Priesthood, such as existed in Phoenicia-Canaan, did engage in human sacrifices… including sacrificing children. However, the early Christians did the very same thing, and it continued right through the Middle Ages! The Eucharist wasn’t always merely wine and crackers. Also, every major church and cathedral constructed during the Middle Ages has a dark secret; a small child was kidnapped and cemented alive in one of the front pillars.

So when a Christian zealot complains about Halloween, and how the Druids conducted human sacrifices; or about Easter, and how the Canaanites sacrificed people; or even Christmas, and perhaps how the ancient Teutons held brutal rites… they did the same. The various inquisitions shouldn’t be any surprise. The Medieval Church caused, by their own actions over a long period of time, a reaction; an “underground Satanic church” that has now existed for centuries. This oppression, despotism, torture, and murder caused their victims so much trauma, that a small number of very angry people got together and created SATANISM!! Now it always has, and it always will, be conflated with the ancient Saturnian Priesthood. Of course, they’ve also plagiarized from the ancient European pagan traditions, such as with the seasonal Sabbats. However, the new Satanism is still a perversion of them; a system founded and designed specifically for revenge. A terrifying legacy from damaged people of centuries past; a program intended to poison everything they touch.

Lombard nationalism: Part IV

Corsican nationalism - A comparative examination

There are many similarities between Lombard nationalism and Corsican nationalism. Both had been clearly-defined cultural and linguistic regions prior to becoming part of other administrative states over time. Being small, they were both subject to falling under the thumb of larger, more powerful nations; France, Spain, Austria, etc. The only notable differences are that Corsica fell under France due to a clear act of military aggression in 1769, the whole of Corsica was under the sovereign Corsican Republic prior to that time, and lastly... that some Corsican nationalists finally resorted to terrorism starting in the 1970s. On the other hand, Lombardy was eased into the Italian state slowly; though the revolutions of the mid-nineteenth century. Also, the collective Lombard cultural-linguistic milieu was never officially part of the same state. Given a twist of fate, Corsica may well have ended up being part of the Italian state as well; Lombardy could well have ended up as part of a liberated Lombardo-Venetia--the former client state of the Austrian Empire--along with perhaps the Trentino region. Both of those possibilities would very likely have served them better than the status quo.

I had been mistakenly led to believe that Corsica was overwhelmingly "ethnic Corsican." Actually, as of 2011, only 56% of the population was even born in Corsica! That means that the Corsicans may well now be a minority in their own ancestral homeland. About 29% were born on the mainland of France (some could be returning Corsicans), and about 15% were born in North Africa. It reminds me of the line by English King Longshanks in the film 'Braveheart' in reference to the Scots: "If we can't get them out, we will breed them out." That's how the Fabian-symbiosis of Monopoly Capitalism and Social Marxism operate; they eliminate a people's identity first. Lombardy has a similar demographic situation; however having had a much larger population to begin with, it has been more difficult to push them out numerically.

Although certain elements within Corsican society are highly passionate about independence and possible nationhood, even moreso than in Lombardy; however, just as with other defeated peoples... most are melancholy when push finally comes to shove. In contrast, support for formal Lombard nationalism might even be greater overall. Still, nobody has ever traded bullets with the state, as has been the case in the Corsican conflict. The two main Corsican nationalist political parties are the left-wing Corsica Libera, and Party of the Corsican Nation. A distinction should be made between Socialist-Nationalists and open-borders Socialists. Socialist-Nationalists are concerned with issues such as nationalism, social welfare, and labor; while open-borders Socialists are concerned with a whole slew of separate issues which International-Capitalists have no real issue with.

While both lingo-cultural regions have legitimate political parties to address their issues and goals, Corsica has the militant National Liberation Front of Corsica. The "FLNC" came out of a number of terrorist groups which started in the 1970s. They bombed infrastructure and symbols of French rule until their proclamation of ending the armed period of their struggle in 2010. The FLNC has however stated that if Muslim extremists commit terrorist acts within Corsica, then they will respond to it. Just in general, the Corsicans have showed their displeasure at the increasing presence of Moroccans and other Muslims much more openly than has been the case in Lombardy. There has been terrorism in Lombardy, however it was due to something entirely different; namely "Operation Gladio," where the deep state committed false-flag terrorism in the name of fake Communist organizations to achieve an end. The "deep state" is an international milieu of well-placed rouge intelligence operatives controlled by Globalist elites to finally achieve their internationalist dream of one-world, one-government, one-race, etc.

I never could understand why Italian-Americans never took--even just a little bit--to the Corsican issue since it was so similar to the circumstance in Ireland. You could go into many Irish-American bars today and see signs on the wall "BRITS OUT OF IRELAND!!" Corsicans speak a dialect of Italian, they're Roman Catholic, and the island has had Etruscan, Greek, Roman, Lombard, and Italian influences throughout its history. It's very similar to Sardinia. It's definitely not "French," despite the fact that French has been installed as the official language. It's more "Southern Italian" in it's culture and sensibilities.

Lombard nationalism: Part III

Definition of Lombardy

During the ages the concept of Lombardy changed quite frequently. In Early Middle Ages the word Longobardia indicated all the Lombard Kingdom. Since the 12th century the archaic term was gradually replaced by Lombardia (as a linguistic evolution, first appeared in the Pauli Continuatio) and in the geographic view it indicated first the area of the Langobardia Maior and then only the Po Valley, where was the centers of the Lombard power. Meanwhile, Lombardia took on a political meaning, with the creation of the Lombard League and the fight with the emperors for the municipal liberties. The definition remained such until the 19th century, when the new Italian state created today's region in the territory of the so-called Austrian Lombardy, with the addition of Lomellina and Oltrepò Pavese.

Linguistically, the Lombard-speaking area is bigger than the administrative region, and also includes the provinces of Novara, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola plus a part of the Alessandria one in Piedmont, Canton Ticino and the southern valleys of Grigioni in Switzerland, and the western valleys of Trentino. It partially corresponds to the territory of the first Visconti domain in the 13th century.

Some independence parties use alternative expression, such as Historical Lombardy, in opposition to the today's administrative region. According with pro Lombardy Independence and Eurominority, it corresponds with the joined Lombard-speaking and Emilian-speaking areas.

Symbolism

The Lombard movements today have not a unique symbol recognized by all.

The statue of Legnano Warrior, erroneously identified as Alberto da Giussano, was first used in the end of 50s by the journal La Regione Lombarda, official organ of the Movimento Autonomista Regionale Lombardo. Later was adopted by the Lombard League and finally became the symbol of the Northern League; today is recognized only as a symbol of that political party.

The St. George Cross is used by most independence and autonomy parties, despite some of them also use the flag of the Duchy of Milan, the Camunian rose or a flag inspired by federalist movements of 1848, with St. George Cross superimposed by green. There is also the idea of using a flag with both the red cross and the Biscione of the House of Visconti.

Lombard Nationalism: Part II

History

Like in the rest of Europe, during the Romantic Era there was an awaken of the national sentiment in Lombardy. The napoleonic creation of the Cispadane Republic, which was later replaced by the Cisalpine one, opened the doors to the political debate. Carlo Botta, a piedmontese politician, wrote a book entitled Proposition to the Lombards about a way of free government, where he claimed the need of a constitution for the Lombard Nation, independent from the French one inspired by the Revolution. In the same years, Giuseppe Faroni proposed a draft constitution entitled Constitutional pole for the Lombard Republic.

The first independence movements appeared in the first half of the 19th century. Carlo Porta, one of the most important lombard intellectual, shows his adhesion to this idea in some writings. They are often associated to the Italians federalist movements, but they consider Lombardy as a nation instead a mere administrative division of the future state:

Che vegga Italia e la nazion lombarda strette ad un patto (That I'll see Italy and the Lombard nation close to a deal)
-- Pater Noster (dei Milanesi), a patriotic song of 1848

'Allegory of Lombardy' -- Giovanni Baratta
During the Five Days of Milan in 1848, at first insurgents only want a greater autonomy for Lombardy in the Austrian Empire, with the possibility to administrate itself. A large part of the leaders of the insurrection, such as Carlo Cattaneo, opposed to the Piedmont intervention.

After the annexation to the Kingdom of Sardinia (and the creation of the Italian state), it seems that some republicans and federalists movements want the creation of a State of Milan, because of the cultural, economical and social differences between Lombardy and the rest of Italy.

During the riots of Milan in 1898 and the other strikes in the following years (especially in 1913), when the Kingdom had to move 30,000 soldiers), some rumors of separatism came to the Italian government.

In the 1950s some small movements for autonomy appeared, such as the Movimento Autonomista Bergamasco, founded in 1947 by Guido Calderoli, that participated to the local elections in 1956, and later involved other Lombard provinces, changing first in Movimento Autonomista Regionale Lombardo (asking the creation of the Lombard Region, as required by the Italian constitution) and at last in Movimento Autonomie Regionali Padane (participating at political elections in 1958 and 1967), before disappear in 1970. Another movement is the Unione autonomisti padani, created by Ugo Gavazzeni with the union of various autonomist movements in northern Italy, that participated at political elections in 1967.From the legacy of this experiences in the 1980s was founded the Lombard League (since 1989 flowed in the Northern League). During the years, its target changes between the separatism and the ask of a greater autonomy in the Italian state. In 2018, the independence was officially abandoned by the federal secretary Matteo Salvini, after five years of ambiguity.

In the first decades of the 21st century, some cultural initiative and political parties appeared (among which Pro Lombardia Indipendenza is the best structured one).

In 2017 an advisory referendum (done simultaneously with the Venetian one) about the concession of a greater autonomy to the Lombard Region obtains the 95.3% of Yes, with the 38.3% of affluence. So the president of Lombardy, Roberto Maroni, opened the negotiations with Rome.

After the contemporary elections for the central and regional government in 2018, the new lombard president Attilio Fontana designates Stefano Bruno Galli as autonomy assessor, waiting for the formation of the new Italian government.

Lombard Nationalism: Part I

Lombard nationalism

Lombard nationalism is a nationalist, but primarily regionalist, movement active primarily in Lombardy, Italy. It seeks more autonomy or even independence from Italy for Lombardy and, possibly, all the lands that are linguistically or historically Lombard.[1] During the 1990s, it was strictly connected with Padanian nationalism.

Today the main Lombard nationalist parties are the Lombard League and Pro Lombardy Independence.

Lombard language

Lombard (native name lumbàart, lumbard or lombard, depending on the orthography; pronounced [lũˈbɑːrt] or [lomˈbart]) is a language[7] belonging to the Cisalpine or Gallo-Italic group, within the Romance languages. It is a cluster of homogeneous varieties used by at least 3,500,000 native speakers in Northern Italy (most of Lombardy and some areas of neighbouring regions, notably the eastern side of Piedmont), Southern Switzerland (cantons of Ticino and Graubünden), and Brazil (Botuverá, Santa Catarina). The languages closest to Lombard are Franco-Provençal, French, Romansh, and Occitan.

************

The ancient nation of Lumbardia (pronounced "Loom-bar-DEEE-ah")

"This is OUR land, culture, language, and nation! We did not take it from anyone."

Not to be confused with the old Teutonic Lombardic language, the borders of what had been the Lombard language is a good geographical gauge of what our ancestral nation looked like for many centuries. Somewhat oddly, the Lombard people already had won their national independence with two rebellions against the Austrian-Hapsburg Empire back in the mid-nineteenth century. The first was the Five Days of Milan in 1848, largely under the direction of the Milanese Carlo Cattaneo. The second was the Ten Days of Brescia in 1849, under the direction of the Brescian Tito Speri.

It should be noted that Lombardy and the Veneto were under the same Austrian colonial administrative state of the Kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia. Also, these revolts did not include the Lombard-speaking regions outside of what we know today as Lombardy, such as the Ticino canton in Switzerland.

"Luna Invictus" - Tonight's Full Beaver Moon

'Invictus'

William Ernest Henley

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

'Almost-Super Full 'Beaver Moon' Will Shine Brighter Than Usual Over the Weekend'

Pam Wright - Weather.com - November 2, 2017

Skygazers will be treated this weekend to the bright and beautiful "Beaver" full moon, a not-quite supermoon.

This month's moon, which is also known as the Frost moon or the Hunter's moon, will be full on Saturday and misses being a supermoon by just one day.

To be designated a supermoon, the moon must be full on the day it is at its perigee, or closest distance to the Earth, according to Space.com. This month, the moon will reach its perigee on Friday, missing the supermoon classification by just a day. But since it is still very close to Earth, it will appear bigger and brighter than usual. Only December's supermoon will be bigger.

According to the Farmer's Almanac, the Beaver moon gets its name because it came at the time of year when the early colonists and the Algonquin tribes set their beaver traps before the swamps froze. This would ensure they had a good supply of warm winter furs.

This year, those in New York City may have the opportunity to see both the full moon and the sun in the sky at the same time. The 10-minute window will occur when the sun rises at 7:30 a.m. in the Big Apple and the moon sets at 7:40 a.m., according to timeanddate.com.

And don't forget to "fall back" on Sunday to end Daylight Saving Time.

con't....

*************************

Luna Invictus!

The Full Beaver Moon will peak tonight at 12:23 AM est/9:23 PM pst. Even if your ritual is merely a couple of beers, it's great to be out there on the trail under the moonlight with friends. Sometimes out there amid the hoots of an owl and the howls of coyotes, it feels like you're beyond the bounds of so-called civilization and its misleaders.

So this weekend we have the Full Moon, the DOD's EMP drill which could possibly cause widespread blackouts (Nov 4-6), the Globalist/Banker-sponsored Antifa revolution Saturday, and daylight savings at 2:00 AM on Sunday.

You don't really have to "pick a side" in this stage-managed political dialectic. The police state and the cultural marxists have been out've control for years. Kerosine can't put out a fire. I love that scene from the animated 'Maleficent', when the army invades her forest kingdom; at which point the trees and the animals suddenly become her army and vanquish them. She was almost a metaphor for the Almother. We may need divine intervention to finally be free from the bondage of these people.

Lombardy votes "YES" in autonomy referendum; Veneto also votes "YES"

'Italy's 2 richest regions claim victory in autonomy votes'

MILAN (AP) — The presidents of Italy's wealthy northern regions of Veneto and Lombardy on Sunday claimed victory in autonomy referendums that seek to grab additional powers and tax revenue from Rome, riding a global tide of self-determination that has swamped Spain's Catalonia region.

The votes were nonbinding, but the leaders of the neighboring regions hope to leverage strong turnout in talks with Italy's center-left government. As leading members of the anti-migrant, anti-EU Northern League, they want to keep more tax revenue and have autonomy over such policy areas as immigration, security, education and environment.

"This is the big bang of institutional reform," Veneto President Luca Zaia said in Venice. "We are convinced, and I hope Rome understands, that this is not the wish of a political party. These are the wishes of the people."

In Milan, his counterpart in Lombardy, Roberto Maroni, said that with the votes, the two regions "can unify our forces so we can do the battle of the century." The two leaders say they will meet with their regional councils to finalize their requests before going to Rome to meet with Premier Paolo Gentiloni.

Unlike in Catalonia, the referendums do not seek independence and were approved by Italy's constitutional court. Still, the autonomy drive is a powerful threat to Rome's authority. Together, Veneto and Lombardy account for 30 percent of Italy's GDP and nearly one-quarter of the nation's electorate.

Maroni said an overwhelming 95 percent of his region's vote went to "yes," with turnout above 40 percent of Lombardy's 8 million voters. That far exceeded the bar for success that he set at 34 percent, which was the turnout for a national referendum on constitutional reform in 2001.

Independence-minded Veneto easily met a turnout threshold to validate the vote set by Zaia, with some 60 percent of the region's 4 million voters casting ballots. According to early returns, 98 percent voted "yes."

Aristocracy vs. Ancestral folkways

"It is said that blood is thicker than water. It is what defines us, binds us, curses us. For some, blood means a life of wealth and privilege. For others, a life of servitude." -- Barnabas Collins in the opening scene of the film 'Dark Shadows' (England 1760)

Right up until America established itself as a supreme world power, most of the world was ruled by deep-rooted semi-despotic aristocratic systems. Systems in which nation states, and right down to small rural impoverished territories, were dominated by a privileged few based on their direct family lineage. These systems conflated with the power bases of a society; generally monarchy, religion, banking, economics, and the institution of law. Once established, it was extremely difficult to wrestle power from their powerful grip. It should be noted that many of these aristocracies became disgenic and inbred over time.... aka "genetically unfit" in the eyes of nature. False evolutionary struggle.

Underneath these established choke points of a nation were the aristocracy of large cities which ruled over the provinces. For example, the Brescian Council of the Middle Ages was clearly a regional aristocratic oligarchy. There were too many aristocratic families involved to be considered a monarchy; however, for example, the fine reputation of your great-grandfather was literally a requirement for membership. That is not an exaggeration. In fact, certain legal and necessary businesses were shunned because they were just too dirty or harsh in their activities. Are we so much better today? Many snobby urban "intellectual" conservatives and liberals totally dismiss "farmers" or people who merely live in rural areas as somehow "beneath them."

Even within an impoverished rural province, such as the Swiss Canton of Ticino in the nineteenth century, who your father was dictated your upward advancement in that society. Not surprisingly, after living generations amid that type of social restriction, Ticinese immigrants became very industrious in capitalist-friendly California, Australia, or Britain. Capitalism can be either a blessing or a curse within this concept; although more often it removed the invisible shackles of aristocracy. If not kept in check however, it can coalesce into an oligarchic defacto-aristocracy with bloodline merely replaced by money.

Communist dictatorships create a type of aristocracy even more than Capitalism does, because it will always be the few ruling over the many. "The intellectuals" who led the revolution now become the new dictators.... usually worse than the old ones. Cubans in south Florida dominate many of those economies, but only after initially living under a Communist dictatorship. Even to use a religious example, the Mullahs who now rule Iran are at least just as despotic as when the Shah was in charge. The Shah was only brutal towards anyone who opposed him, the Mullahs are full on religious tyrants.

Digressing to the original concept of "aristocracy" based on the bloodline, those family bloodlines have a terrible track record in terms of how they treat the people of their own culture. In other words, their concept of a bloodline ends outside of their monarchical circle. This has been proven time and time again, over centuries. In my opinion, it was their very worst trait! At times, they acted almost as though they hated their people. Only during times of war did the scoundrels start talking "we and us." I think that can hold equally true in Capitalism, Communism, monarchies, and religion.

Outside of the realms of the usual aristocratic suspects, native folkways provide for a love of one's people and the land. Although one can find some historical elements of brutality, much more often they displayed the qualities of 1) love for one's people, love for the land, love for animals, the divine masculine (law), the divine feminine (justice), and fairness; and 2) respect for nature's laws, including accepting the concept of evolutionary struggle and the necessity of defending their communities.

Law and justice worked together! Everyone within a community was cared and looked after; however if someone was destructive upon their society, there would be consequences. Pulling one's weight to their ability was a requirement. People like the Koch Brothers or George Soros wouldn't last very long. Activities which would harm society would not be tolerated in the tribal-minded society. Had those societies been allowed to ascend in the world, there wouldn't be poisoned water from fracking or sex parades in front of children.

If patriarchal societies based on wealth, aristocracy, and Abrahamic religion is "traditionalism," then ancestral folkways represent "radical traditionalism." Aristocracy wasn't "bloodline" as much as just greedy selfish families in control. Folkways are the love of one's people and respect for nature's laws. The real struggle isn't "Left vs Right," which are just two expressions of the same thing ("opposames"), but the aristocratic mindset vs. the ancestral folkways... true opposites.

I think mankind is at it's best when we are energetically humble. Not the disempowering type of humble, but the type of humble such as when someone is a gracious guest. I'm enriched when raccoons, foxes, skunks, hawks, and owls come out've the nearby mountains and woods and travel across the hillside where I reside. I like that I can share the earth with them, while still understanding and respecting nature's laws and evolutionary struggle.

I don't think we are served best when society attempts to make us "totally safe." I like to hear coyotes howling in the darkness of a nearby canyon at night. Awhile back I saw all sorts of white feathers outside my window. Several ravens were attacking and killing a sea gull. Nature is both beautiful and harsh. We are part of that.

One common feature amid the sewer of modern politics is a prevailing attitude that "everything is about ME!!" We're a good fifty years into the era of bad people making decisions for us, so I would have some sympathy for that problem; but everything is not about us. We already had it right thousands of years ago. Nobody can explain why technology is rising so fast, but not as fast as IQ scores are plummeting! People are being killed walking into heavy traffic, across train tracks, or off of cliffs because they can't take their eyes off of their devices. Everything is completely out've balance in human society.

Lombard autonomy referendum - October 22, 2017

Lombard autonomy referendum, 2017

The Lombard autonomy referendum of 2017 will take place on 22 October in Lombardy, Italy.

The poll is not binding, but might have consequences in terms of negotiations between the Italian government and Lombardy as the regional government will ask for more devolved powers if the "Yes" wins. Also neighbouring Veneto will hold a similar referendum on 22 October. Both President of Lombardy Roberto Maroni and President of Veneto Luca Zaia are members of Lega Nord and, more specifically, of Lega Lombarda and Liga Veneta, respectively.

'Lombardy president: Autonomy referendum can change Europe'

MILAN (AP) — Referendums that seek greater autonomy for two of Italy’s most prosperous regions have the potential to join the Brexit campaign and the Catalonia independence vote in changing the face of Europe, Lombardy president Roberto Maroni said Friday.

Speaking to reporters, he stressed that the goal is not to secede from Rome.

Voters in the Northern League-governed regions of Lombardy and Veneto will decide Oct. 22 if they want their presidents to claim powers from Rome, as already granted in varying measures to five other Italian regions. The referendums will come shortly after voters in the Spanish region of Catalonia are to decide on independence from Spain and as Britain negotiates its exit from the European Union.

Maroni said one of his primary aims is to retain half of the 54 billion euros ($64 billion) in tax revenue from Lombardy that goes to Rome each year, something that could be achieved with a change of law. But the former interior minister also wants control over security and migration, which would require harder-to-win constitutional changes.

“My ambition is to create in Lombardy a model of excellence, security and control of the territory,” Maroni said. “It is a very ambitious project. But it is not that I just want some additional competencies. I want to change history, and this referendum gives me the possibility.”

[Left: Party flag of Lega Lombarda. Lega Lombarda ("Lombard League"), whose complete name is Lega Lombarda–Lega Nord ("Lombard League–Northern League"), is a regionalist political party active in Lombardy.]

While the Italy votes are non-binding, Maroni said he and Veneto president Luca Zaia will travel to Rome the next day to begin talks with Premier Paolo Gentiloni, with their demands corresponding to the strength of the vote.

"I hope that the government will be willing (to negotiate), because it would not be against the governors, but against the people," Maroni said.

He said he wants to use any popular impulse demonstrated in the vote to seek greater regionalization within the European Union while respecting national borders. He cited a pan-Alpine region established last year that gives the mountainous area across seven nations the power to negotiate directly with Brussels on limited topics and seek direct financing for projects.

“I am not against Europe. I am for a different Europe. What we call Europe of the people, or Europe of regions,” Maroni said. “I think that the push that will come from our referendum, from Brexit and from Catalonia, all go in that direction.”

Solar Stones of the Goths - Gotland

Survive the Jive

The famous picture stones of Gotland are like Viking rune stones from Scandinavia, but they have pictures and fewer runes. The themes and images depicted on them developed over the Iron Age and into the Viking Age. Originally they seem to have pertained to some kind of Indo-European solar cult involving horses, but later stones have more familiar figures from Norse mythology.

Early stones could have served as grave monuments which may explain the solar iconography focusing on the eternal solar cycles. There are many images relating to death - including sleipnir, the sacrifice, battles and possibly valknutl. Cremation graves sometimes found at foot of stones.

I also explain that Gutasaga records Gotland as the homeland of the Goths and that the nation was founded by Tjelvar, servant of Thor, whose grave I visit. It is a stone ship setting.

North Korea is dark

South Korea is bright, North Korea is dark. This amazing image is included in the standard US Department of Defense briefings on North Korea. It was mentioned in a news briefing on 23 December 2002 by Defense Secretary Rumsfeld, who stated that "If you look at a picture from the sky of the Korean Peninsula at night, South Korea is filled with lights and energy and vitality and a booming economy; North Korea is dark."

Joe Roth - 40 years later

From FindAGrave biography:

In the spring of 1975, Joe Roth, a 19 year old transfer student from Grossmont College in San Diego, enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley. Joe hoped to earn a degree, meet new people, and learn more about himself. In his two short years at Cal, Joe accomplished so much more.

Joe was a quiet, down to earth guy who was dedicated to his school work. He was a Physical Education major who would have blended in perfectly with the general student body if not for one major difference, the golden right arm attached to his body. His arrival on the Cal campus was not by coincidence. Joe was a quarterback recruited from Grossmont to play football. And play football he did!

On 22 Fall Saturday's during the 1975 and 1976 seasons, Joe crafted his quarterbacking skills, became a Heisman Trophy contender, and dazzled NFL scouts. Joe's on-field presence and leadership skills won over his teammates while his gentle demeanor and team-first attitude captured not only the hearts of Cal football fans but of an entire University campus. Joe was the face of the Cal football team and he elegantly represented the ideals of a student-athlete by excelling in both the classroom and on the field.

In January 1977, while preparing for the Hula Bowl, a post-season all-star game in Honolulu, HI, Joe revealed publicly for the first time that he was again suffering from cancer (melanoma). Unbeknownst to most of his friend, fans, teammates, and classmates, Joe had battled cancer once before. While no one really knows for sure when the cancer returned, it is believed Joe played the 1976 season knowing something was different.

Silently and unknowingly during the 1976 season, the gridiron became much more than a football field for Joe. The gridiron became Joe's classroom and on Saturdays Joe taught his teammates, classmates, friends, fan, and family members just what it meant to cherish life. Joe was determined to live his life without pity, excuses, blame, and special attention. His teammates later said that Joe showed everyone how to face adversity with faith, humility, and courage and how to never give up.

On February 19, 1977, just three months from his 22nd birthday, Joe lost his battle to cancer and we lost a friend, a son, a brother, a teammate, a classmate, a hero, a role-model, and an outstanding human being. And yet, while we lost, we also gained a clear example on how to embrace adversity, to live life to the fullest, and to never give up. Twenty five months after stepping onto the Berkeley campus Joe's journey was complete. He arrived as a student and ultimately left a teacher.

************

This story would be just as powerful if Joe Roth had been a third stringer, but for all we know he could have ended up the greatest quarterback of all time.

"Universal access to all knowledge" website

The old Christian Science reading room building in San Francisco was sold in 2009 to the Internet Archive. The stated goal of this non-profit organization is "universal access to all knowledge" though it's website, which apparently has archived over 400 billion texts and media. The organization chose the church based on its Greek Revival design, which resembles the logo of the Internet Archive. I ran into it just by accident as I was reading up on Christian Science just out've curiosity, and it led me to the archive. Just from a few searches, it's very substantial; and in some ways a better search than google.

Cub Scouts

I was a Cub Scout when I was a kid. In hindsight I would have liked to have remained in it I think, eventually to a Boy Scout. Children and teens often don't have all that much choice; someone is always telling them what they ought to be doing. Often the push is into sports, as with myself. I had a friend whose father had all six children learn to play the piano, model, and partake in the theater department. I'm just wondering... who was it really for? For me it was the sports thing. I enjoyed competing, but wasn't much for fitting into a pack of random boys. I could have really lived without it, and did other things that interested me, such as scouting.

I remember seeing the 1971 UK/Australian film 'Walkabout' on TV when I was a child, and it struck me as a powerful movie at that age. I remember having a crush on the 18 or 19 year old Jenny Agutter. I truly felt like it was a true fight for survival, and with the mysterious Aboriginal friend leading the way. The film quality and its cinematography really hold up today. This is the full movie, and that channel has many full movies; mostly forgotten TV films. Sometimes you can find a real gen in the mix.

Dracula's Daughter (1936)

Dracula's Daughter tells the story of Countess Marya Zaleska, the daughter of Count Dracula and herself a vampire. Following Dracula's death, she believes that by destroying his body she will be free of his influence and can live as a human. With the aid of her manservant, Sandor (Irving Pichel), she steals Dracula's body from Scotland Yard and ritualistically burns it, hoping to break her curse of vampirism. However, Sandor soon makes her realize that her thirst for blood has not been quenched and that all that is in her eyes is "Death."

************

I saw this 1936 film a few days ago on American Movie Classics. It was pretty good; considered excellent for that time. There were no scenes of violence as it would not have been acceptable for a woman to be shown committing acts of violence, or even being too overtly evil acting, at that time. Still, the character's alluring yet vulnerable personality could keep the audience on edge.

Sprite - "Red Lightning" above the storm clouds

Sprites are large-scale electrical discharges that occur high above thunderstorm clouds, or cumulonimbus, giving rise to a quite varied range of visual shapes flickering in the night sky. They are triggered by the discharges of positive lightning between an underlying thundercloud and the ground. Sprites appear as luminous reddish-orange flashes. They often occur in clusters above the troposphere at an altitude range of 50–90 km (31–56 mi).

Family Ancestry and Veneration

The Slippery Spirit - July 17, 2017

The following topic could possibly illicit some horrible reactions. Given that everyone wants to be focused on issues of racism and cultural misappropriation these days, there may be an assumption that this entry is about race. To address that, I have to first note that this is my blog and I can write whatever I want, because until further notice, I do still have the freedom to express myself. You, the reader, also have the freedom to navigate away from my words and not read them. Secondly, let me note that this blog entry is not about race at all, it is about families and their cultures. If you can't separate the two in your head, you need to stop reading now and go away.

The honoring of our past relatives is extremely important. Without diving into an extremely long blog entry on why it's important, just follow me down this thought path. Wouldn't you rather your descendants remember and honor you, instead of completely forgetting you? If you aren't going to leave a significant mark on this world through an invention or some major discovery, don't you at least want the mark you leave (your progeny) to recognize your contribution to their existence? And if the previous is true for you, why wouldn't you want to provide the same recognition to those who were responsible for your existence so that they are not forgotten? You exist because of them. To me, that alone makes them worthy of honor.

Elizabeth Gale

Last week I was watching an episode of 'Scientology and the Aftermath' with ex-Scientologist Leah Rimini. The episode, which was entitled 'The Perfect Scientology Family' (see above), was about a family in which there was a Scientology-related suicide some years ago. His name was Phillip Gale, a computer/software prodigy who may have gone onto some big things. They interviewed his sister, Elizabeth Gayle, an Oregon woman in her early 30s. At first I ignored her ample beauty, as it was entirely besides the point of her story. By the end of the interview however, it was apparent to me that she was incredibly beautiful; perhaps more so than any Hollywood actress that I can think of! She seemed so on the inside as well, and was really just like any gal next door. She is a good singer, as one can see on one of her YouTube videos, and a mother. Perhaps "Gale" comes from "Gael," as she looks like a Gaelic beauty.
