The information held within those library walls will never be recovered. I am fascinated with the concept of making oneself aware to as much information as possible, as not to be blinded by total ignorance. Therefore, I am thankful to even have the awareness that such a library existed. Nonetheless, nothing happens by chance, thus its destruction, obviously inevitable. Knowledge is accessible to all and is an inalienable right. So, if one knocks, the door will be opend and if one seeks, he shall find. Knowledge is inherent in every human being and the pursuit thereof is essential to knowing thyself.

Forbidden Science - Shattering the Myths of Darwin's Theory of Evolution

UFOTV® The Disclosure Network

Journalist and Researcher Richard Milton presents a case that what we have been taught about Darwin's theory of evolution is totally wrong and that this most fundamental belief with respect to human origins should be completely re-evaluated by main stream scientific and academic institutions. Author of the book "Shattering The Myths of Darwinism," Richard Milton does not represent the Creationist movement either. He simply states, that Darwin's theory of evolution does not stand up to logical scientific scrutiny. Get the facts in this original uncut interview that was filmed for the production of the NBC Special Documentary "The Mysterious Origins of Man - Rewriting Human History,"

'Did you know that Antarctica, the white continent, was once a vast forest?'

India Today - April 15, 2017

Roughly 80 million years ago, walking in Antarctica was like walking today in a tropical or subtropical forest. Check out to know more.

If you'd visited Antarctica 300 million years ago, you could have lounged beneath swaying palm trees and enjoyed balmy 68-degree weather. Yes, seriously. The now icy, inhospitable Antarctica was once covered by lush subtropical forests, according to scientists.

Casting a Fire Ant Colony with Molten Aluminum (Cast #043)

Anthill Art

An incredible metal structure is made by pouring molten aluminum into a fire ant colony. The resulting cast is huge, weighing 17.9 lbs. and reaching a depth of 18 inches.

See detailed pictures of the resulting cast on the Anthill Art website at http://www.anthillart.com/castings/043/

If you like my videos, then subscribe to my channel here. I'm also on twitter and instagram.

These are the red imported fire ants (RIFA) which are harmful to the environment and their nests are exterminated by the millions in the United States using poisons, gasoline and fire, boiling water, and very rarely molten aluminum.

From Wikipedia: "Researchers have also been experimenting with extreme temperature change to exterminate RIFAs [red imported fire ants], such as injecting liquid nitrogen or pressurized steam into RIFA nests. Besides using hot steam, pouring boiling water into ant mounds has been found effective in exterminating their nests."

I did a casual survey and found that I have at least 120 of these colonies within an area of approximately three acres. http://www.anthillart.com/info/fire-ant-survey/

NASA calls it the most colorful image ever captured by the Hubble Space Telescope—and the most comprehensive. It has to be one of the most spectacular.

But the image—the remarkable payoff of a new survey called the Ultraviolet Coverage of the Hubble Ultra Deep Field—is more than merely beautiful. It may also help fill in some gaps in our understanding of how stars form.

Documentary film, Hd full length discovers the Secrets beneath the ice in Antarctica.

For several decades at least, scientists have known that vast chambers filled with water lie untouched beneath Antarctica’s 5.4-million- square-mile ice sheet. With remote sensing tools, they have mapped nearly 300 subglacial lakes, kept from freezing by geothermal warmth. Any organisms living there, scientists think, might be unlike earth’s other residents, having been locked away for up to millions of years

'Saturn Moon Enceladus Is Able to Host Life – It's Time for a New Mission'

David Rothery, The Open University - Space.com - April 20, 2017

Ever since studies started suggesting that chemical reactions between water and rock on Saturn's moon Enceladus could provide enough energy in the water to feed microbial life, scientists have been searching for proof that the right sort of reactions really do occur.

And during its last dive through the icy plumes that Enceladus erupts into space in October 2015, the Cassini spacecraft has finally managed to find it – in the form of molecular hydrogen. The finding, published in Science, means the moon can now be considered highly likely to be suitable to host microbial life. In fact, the results should undermine the last strong objection from those who argue it could not.

The Mystery of Ayers Rock

history suppressed

of Aboriginal creation mythology, or dreamtime - reality being a dream. Uluru is considered one of the great wonders of the world and one of Australia's most recognizable natural icons. Uluru is a large magnetic mound. It is located on a major planetary grid point much like the Great Pyramid in Egypt.

Ayers Rock is a large sandstone rock formation in central Australia, in the Northern Territory. It is located in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, 350 km southwest of Alice Springs at 25 degrees 20' 41" S 131 degrees 01' 57" E. It is the second-largest monolith in the world (after Mount Augustus, also in Australia), more than 318 m (986 ft) high and 8 km (5 miles) around. It also extends 2.5 km (1.5 miles) into the ground. It was described by explorer Ernest Giles in 1872 as "the remarkable pebble."

Pretenders - Message of Love

SpirithasentFlown

Underrated song and underrated movie

'Message of Love' was featured in the 1983 film 'Breathless' staring Richard Gere. It was a remake of a 1960 French film which featured a French guy and an American gal, only with the roles reversed with a Los Angeles backdrop. Like a lot of films between 1980 and 1983, it had a very 70s cinematic quality, and captured the carefree L.A. of the time period well. It had a certain dark quality to it, mixed with an escape to paradise feel. It was very different. I think a lot of guys can relate to the films irresponsible, reckless, cocky young man/tough love theme... I assume from when they were more like in their early 20s, and did anything but play it safe.

The film grossed $19,910,002 in the United States. It received mixed reviews; most critics questioned the wisdom of casting Valerie Kaprisky, a French UCLA student who had had very limited acting experience.

The film has since gained minor cult status. American director Quentin Tarantino cited it as one of the "coolest" movies, commenting: "Here's a movie that indulges completely all my obsessions - comic books, rockabilly music and movies." The Silver Surfer poster in Freddy Newandyke's apartment seen in Reservoir Dogs is a homage to Jesse's Silver Surfer-obsession.

Excerpt of review by BlackJack_B

Lurid fun and has aged well

Back in 1983, the remake of Jean-Luc Godard's "A Bout de Soufflé" was savagely attacked by critics. It was understandable at the time. Today, I'll bet many of the critics probably feel the film is much better compared to today's bottom feeder cinema (many of which top the box office).

Richard Gere's Jesse LuJack does the rare feat of being both repulsive and likable. Early in the film, you despise the reckless, cocky, S.O.B. of a criminal that he is but as the film wears on you suddenly find his character extremely appealing. Once you warm up with him, you realize how much fun Gere is having playing LuJack. His traipsing in L.A. becomes very entertaining in a video game sort of way. Singing to Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis, disrupting his girlfriend's exam, and his role as The Fugitive makes the film so compelling and fun to watch. He embodies coolness while being hip; which can be hard to do.

The Hammer and the B-film industry

I find it amazing that football player turned actor Fred Williamson just keeps moving on. He's a legend, yet not many younger people know his name unless they're fans of low budget/direct-to-cable films of which he has made so many. It's as though time has stood still for thirty years straight, with non-stop B-level action, martial arts, or horror films. Some of these "B-stars" have made a hundred or a hundred fifty films, and are legends in their field... yet true fame escapes them.

As much of a legend as Fred "The Hammer" Williamson is, he's an even greater legend in his own mind... as any YouTube interview will attest to. Still, his facts can back up at least much of it. He believes that he pioneered the "athletic self-promotion" which Muhammad Ali latched onto by watching him. The entertainment media has ignored him for many years because he has been successful without relying on Hollywood. Still, the B-movie industry has it's own manner of commercialism for those who pay attention to its various genres and stars.

Another name very will known in such circles is Mel Novak, who is another B-legend. Like Fred Williamson, he did a lot of mainstream stuff early on. He actually has 19 films for 2017 of which have been either released, going to be released later in the year, or are in production. Amazing, considering that he's in his mid-70s. Some of these films have become very popular, and made a lot of money... but most people have never heard of them. Julie Strain ("Queen of the B-movies") and Linnea Quigley (B-horror scream queen) are a couple of more names who have been extremely popular over the years... within the B-film industry.

This industry is like the minor leagues. I recall when I was a boy watching those coming-of-age films in the early 80s, and actress Betsy Russell in a few of them such as 'Private School'. Then she faded out to bit tv roles and then to B-films. To my surprise, she re-emerged into the mainstream in those Saw horror flicks of a few years ago. That was well over twenty years after she had played sexy-roles in the mainstream... and became popular within that same vein in her forties. I don't get Showtime, Cinemax, etc; and there are very few video rental stores around, so I'm really out of touch with it.

Lisa Boyle
Lisa Boyle was one of my favorites from back then.. now retired. Years ago, I though it would be fun to collect all of the films of some actress like her, which would perhaps be eighty or ninety films... almost all largely forgotten. Fun idea.. but I doubt I would do that.... not enough time or space. Another fantasy-idea I had was if somehow Hollywood would be closed down for five or ten years and bring all of these forgotten films... thousands of them... and release them in theaters day and night. I can think of quite a few which would not look out of place. YouTube has hundreds of them.

'What Species Rules Earth? The Answer May Surprise You'

Tia Ghose, Staff Writer LiveScience.com - July 18, 2014

In the newly released film, "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes," humans and apes vie for dominance after a virus has made apes hyperintelligent while wiping out most humans.

But though apes riding horses, reading and writing in English, and hunting like Stone Age humans is probably far-fetched, the idea of another species or life form dominating the planet isn't, scientists say. In fact, depending on how dominance is defined, other creatures may already be in charge, experts say.

Witches, Pagans, and Asatruar in the same boat

In 1990, Feminist concerns produced a documentary entitled 'The Burning Times', claiming that "the burning times" was "the woman's holocaust." That's not entirely so.

Excerpt from pages 66 and 67 of 'Witchcraft Out of the Shadows':

The Witchcraft Heresy

Those who try to induce others to perform such evil wonders are called witches. And because infidelity in a person who has been baptized is technically called heresy, therefore such persons are plainly heretics.
-- Malleus Maleficarum, part I, question I

Whilst it was being forcibly expressed that Pagan magic was illusory, in an attempt to undermine its power and perception of its power, such an approach left the Church with a problem; why then was it necessary to extinguish it so thoroughly? The casual association with Satan, the claim that these phantasmagoria were the delusions of the Devil, justified the rooting out of Pagan magic. Odin, Thor, Saxnot and Diana whom the Christian writers had explicitly named, were now either demoted to demons in Satan's retinue, or recast as the fiend himself in disguise. Now because the formerly Pagan magicians were really Satanists, and Satan (as the arch-fiend) was a Christian concept, they could be tried and prosecuted as heretics.

With Odin and Diana being named together, this seems to suggest that disempowering women was not the entire program. There was a larger push to stamp out anything from the various native spiritual traditions. At the least, the producers of the documentary were using a Eurocentric worldview to affect a certain politic. Why don't they consider what happened to pagan women after Islamic takeovers? "Talking" about Islam is just really, really not their thing. More importantly, I believe, is that there is much evidence showing that many spiritual traditions were put in the same bag. Also, they were already conflated; for example, German witchcraft or magical traditions clearly have Odinic influence.

Evel Knievel Kings Island 1975 - Jumps 14 Greyhound Buses

Dee Hudson

According to Knievel's official biography, this Oct 25,1975 leap over 14 buses at Kings Island in Ohio found more than half of all TV viewers tuned and locked in.

*************************

What also makes this jump amazing is that earlier that year he had attempted to jump 13 buses in London, resulting in a terrible crash, and suffering numerous broken bones. He seemed more driven here, getting a stronger velocity and landing that back tire like an airplane landing. He apparently also has the record for the most broken bones at 433.

I was introduced to Evil in the mid 1970's in Los Angeles.  And  earlier that day I also met a fella who was tryiing to sell him a 12 Karat diamond.  Anyhow … Evil asks me "So what do you do up in Canada Babs?"  Being a fun disco chick … I was quick with the bar banter and said, "I'm an ambulance driver."  He was expressionless (I guess he did not realize I was kidding)  but his entire entourage broke out in an uproar of laughter.  He got really really mad, - turned his back to me and started to say not nice things to the people who worked for him like they should pay the bill and stuff like that.  He really was not in good mental shape.  If I found a clever, beautiful girl like me … I'd give her a hug for being so funny but no all hell broke loose he got very nasty to his workers. A few minutes later he said he didn't mean it … but he didn't apologize to me, lol.  I was just trying to entertain him - I really wasn't trying to make fun of him. Can't take it back now, lol.
