I am at home now tasting both bags I bought on the same day, a few days ago. These are definitely not the same salami. So far I have had two bags of the Ticino, and it is definitely not the same as the Columbus. The Ticino is much better, and comes from Ticino Specialty Meats, Hayward CA 94544. I am hoping to find out where I can consistently buy the Ticino, because it is so good.
